Payment

If you wish to puchase a used machine, either email, phone or fax us immediately so we can contact you to confirm details. We may ask you for a small holding deposit. Once the sale is agreed we will choose a mutually acceptable way of transferring funds.

We will only despatch goods when full payment(including shipping) has been received and cleared through our account.

Shipping

We can arrange for the shipping of your machine on your behalf. Insurance is advisable in some cases as carriers sometimes do have mishaps.

In the case of shipping machinery to the Indian Subcontinent, our considerable experience will alleviate worry and assure you the best possible prices.

Remember we cannot be held responsible for damage or losses incurred through shipping.

Terms of Use

Safety In the operation of machine tools it is implicit that the user is aware of all safety regulations and is qualified to set and operate any machinery purchased. Indus Ventures Ltd is not liable for any injuries caused in any way by the use of any machinery purchased.

Shipping: While Indus Ventures Ltd will instruct shippers on your behalf, we cannot be held responsible for any losses, material or otherwise, as a result of delayed delivery or damage in transit.

Functionality: Every effort is made to represent the goods on sale as specifically as possible in terms of their make, version and operability. Indus Ventures Ltd is only liable in that all machines are second-hand or refurbished and are verified fully functional at the time of being shipped.

Maintenance: The end user is always responsible for on-going maintenance.

Suitability: Machines cannot be returned if inadvertently purchased for tasks for which they are found to be unsuitable. In these cases it is at the discretion of Indus Ventures to try and resell the machinery on the customer's behalf, notwithstanding that the client must make and pay all the shipping fees involved.
